The benefits of membership are four-fold: you get—

the opportunity to attend at least 8 regularly scheduled programs a year, plus impromptu briefings on the hottest foreign policy issues in the news;
a multitude of bulletins mailed monthly, and emailed weekly;
an intimate association with an organization that helps shape the national debate on foreign policy through frequent appearances in the national news media; and
the opportunity to support an organization that makes a vital contribution to international and civic literacy in the community and in the classroom.

In December 2006 FPRI formed the Robert Strausz-Hupé Society, membership in which is open to all who inform FPRI that they have added a provision for FPRI in their wills. Charter members of the Society are W. W. Keen Butcher, Jack Gilray Christy, Robert L. Freedman, Charles B. Grace, Jr., Bruce H. Hooper, Jerome Kaplan, Rocco Martino, I. Wistar Morris III, Elaine Piccolomini, and John M. Templeton, Jr. Each year the members of the Society will be convened for lunch or dinner and a private briefing by FPRI President Harvey Sicherman.

School Membership

Founded in 1990 as a division of the Foreign Policy Research Institute, the Wachman Center is dedicated to fostering civic and international literacy in the community and in the classroom. School membership in the Wachman Center includes

Place for one teacher or curriculum supervisor at one of three annual History Institute weekends, plus professional review of teacher-generated curriculum based on weekends.
Complimentary FPRI Speaker at school.
Free admission to most public lectures (at least eight per year) for all faculty and up to 10 students.
Complimentary subscription for all designated faculty to the weekly FPRI email bulletin.
Complimentary subscription for school library to FPRI’s Orbis: A quarterly journal of world affairs.
Complimentary copy of up to two new books by FPRI staff and speakers.
Complimentary multi-volume series for secondary-school students from Mason Crest Publishers (either Modern Middle East Nations or Growth of Islam in Asia; FPRI, Editorial Consultant)
